Junior HVAC/R Service Technician - Signing Bonus

We are looking for highly motivated, professional technicians to join our Planned Maintenance Team.  You are a fit for the BlueHat team if you are dedicated to learning new things, confident in what you know but not afraid to ask questions. In your work you are not one who does things half way, it hurts you if a job is not done right. Candidates should have completed a 2 year degree in HVAC/R or have 2 years HVAC/R experience.

Job Summary

As a member of our PM Team you will work under a team lead conducting quarterly maintenance on customer equipment.  This includes following procedures for each season and each type of equipment to leave that equipment in the best operational condition for the customer, so they can avoid unplanned downtime.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute Preventive Maintenance Services. Perform contracted preventive maintenance using electronic checklists for tasking and equipment. Document deficiencies. Present findings and recommendations for repair or replacement to customers.
• Conduct Repairs - As you gain experience you will be tasked with conducting repairs, teamed up with an experienced tech at first, but eventually on your own.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma
• Post high school 2 year HVAC/R program or 2 years field experience in HVAC/R
• EPA 608 CFC Certification
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy object 50lbs and climb ladders
• Drug Test and Background Check Required

• 1/3 added to your second paycheck
• 1/3 added to the first paycheck after you have worked for BlueHat 90 days
• 1/3 added to the first paycheck after you have worked for BlueHat 6 months
